Whether your role is a mother, daughter, wife, sister, employee or all of the above, we know each women is blessed with specific opportunities, as well as challenges, that will define her life here on Earth. At Fellowship of the Emirates, reaching and caring specifically geared for women is an area of great need. We already have in place weekly women-only Bible studies, as well as prayer groups and social events.
We recently had the privilege of co-sponsoring a region-wide women's conference that was held in Dubai. This two-day conference, which brought together more than 300 women, featured Lifeway Ministries' Mary Kassian as the keynote speaker. Mary, who resides in Canada, has written several Bible-based studies, including, Vertically Inclined and Conversation Peace. She also recently released her book, Girls Gone Wise (in a World Gone Wild.) In addition to Mary's teaching, conference attendees were blessed by speakers of the conference break-out sessions on topics ranging from marriage to missions. Another highlight of the conference was the opportunity to worship under the stars, led by Fellowship's worship team. It was a weekend to remember and hope you will join us at the next women's event!
